The blend on this wine is 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier.  On the nose the wine displays notes of roasted apples, pear compote, and sliced peaches.  On the palate pear flavours continue, while mingling with notes of brioche, apple pie, baking spice, and fresh cracked walnut.  It is easy to see why this wine is an all-time favourite of ours here at Vin Room.
