Vin Room’s delightful expression of the internationally famed Chardonnay varietal has been aged in stainless  steel to preserve the fresh fruit flavours of the wine. A round and buttery mouthfeel can be detected on the palate as this dry wine has gone through malolactic fermentation further promoting complexity and lowering the acidity of the finalized wine.  Viscous candied peach and ripe nectarine flavours will illuminate your taste buds supplemented by a chimichurri buttery finish.

A portion of proceeds from every bottle goes towards Pet Access League Society (PALS), a non-profit providing pet therapy at over 60 facilities in Calgary — from the Alberta Children's Hospital and hospices to libraries and the Calgary International Airport (Pre-Board Pals).
