house-made scallion baked bun, signature rubbed brisket – slow roasted for six hours, and a garlic and miso aioli

maple ginger and salmon bite, topped with crispy skin, scallions and sesame
Pickled Eggplant Crostini (V)
preserved eggplant, marinated in olive oil, herbs, garlic and chili – served on a house-made sourdough crostini and whipped ricotta
Donut Hole Skewers (V)
warm chocolate, macerated strawberries and cocoa nibs

beetroot hummus, dill cream cheese served with a selection of crudité, sourdough, and crostini
